Through this process, a short-list of selected proposals will be compiled. The members of the Board will then convene at a special meeting, where their final decision will be reached.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that, during the evaluation stage and prior to the compilation of the short-list, the Scientific Board reserves the right to request that one or more of the submitted proposals be orally presented to members of the Scientific Council (either in a physical place or via videoconference). It should be noted that a necessary part of the funding procedure, for all the proposals eventually selected, is the signing by the researcher\/-s of an Ethics Statement, which the AMI abides by, for all its research projects\/deliverables<\/li>\n<li>The procedure by which AMI participants will be advised of the processes and tools used.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Proposals should specifically include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Their aims and goals<\/li>\n<li>The reasons why they are original<\/li>\n<li>Their contribution to the field, to which they pertain<\/li>\n<li>The scientific, social or financial impact of the end-products<\/li>\n<li>Their theoretical and methodological background clearly<br \/>\nIndicative bibliography<\/li>\n<li>Production\/materialization plan complete with all timetables (let the annual duration of the projects be reminded at this point)<\/li>\n<li>List of participants<\/li>\n<li>Budget (acceptable formats .xls, .xlsx)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Note: for
